Η θρησκευτική τελετή Muslim Ashura αποτελεί για τους Σιίτες Μουσουλμάνους αποτελεί μιας πρώτης τάξεως ευκαιρία για να εξαγνιστούν αλλά μάλλον το κάνουν με έναν αρκετά σκληρό τρόπο.

Κάθε χρόνο λοιπόν κάβουν με τον εαυτό τους με
κάθε είδους λεπίδα σε μια προσπάθεια να ξεπλύνουν τις αμαρτίες τους.
